I just had dinner, it was bacon omelette with potato wedges and beans. Ew, not healthy at all, but I've done quite well today and I don't plan to eat anymore until tomorrow so I'll let myself off. I've done injections both times I've eaten today, and I feel better already. Keeping blood sugars low consistently, even if it's only been a day, has already made me feel much more alive and alert. I'm also going to stop sleeping for 12 hours every weekend, limiting it to 10 hours maximum. That should (hopefully) eliminate the sleeping problems I have.
I still haven't had my blood work back so I don't know if all of this is pointless because of hypothyroidism, but I'll be glad if I have it- it means my metabolism should go back to normal with the medication and I should generally feel a bit better, although I'll also obviously be glad if I don't have it. But that will only mean something else is wrong, so yeah.
